Joyce is no stranger to the food business. Her father owned a grocery store as well as a walk-up, fast food drive-in. She also has four brothers and sisters, which means that she is used to preparing lots of food! "Cooking for a large group is very natural for me. I’ve done it all my life, and I love it."
